Your Privacy Rights

By availing yourself of the rights afforded in this section of our Privacy Policy, you are declaring that you are a California resident: 

Other residents: You may make a verified request to Mattwacek.com, a Diversified Media Brands entity, hereby referred to as “the Company”, regarding your Personal Data. While the Company does not sell your Personal Data, you can nonetheless make a formal request to delete your Personal Data held by the Company. This process is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which also describes the designated address information for making requests to the Company regarding your Personal Data.

We use the Facebook pixel and Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis.

An example – In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. If you would like to access what browsing information we have – or ask us to delete any GA data – please delete your _ga cookies, reach out to us via this customer support, and/or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

The Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Your Personal Data

We do not “sell” your Personal Data in the traditional sense.

If you are a resident of California or a locale in which permits you to request to opt out or exercise your third party  regarding the disclosure of your personal data by the Company or its affiliates and subsidiaries, to a third party for direct marketing purposes by sending an email to support @ mattwacek.com (remove spaces). Please include your name and email address with your request with the subject line of “Your California Privacy Rights”. We reserve the right to request additional Personal Data from you to confirm your identity before responding to this request.

All requests sent via email must be labeled “Your California Privacy Rights” on the email subject line clearly stated on the actual request. For all requests, please include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Please include your zip code for our own record keeping.

We do not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.

The Right to Non-Discrimination for Exercising Your Privacy Rights

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
